FMHS WILDCAT CROSS COUNTRY PRACTICE SCHEDULE 2025
Week #4
Monday 9/1 Labor Day
Go for a long run on your OWN! (5-8 miles long)
Tuesday 9/2 @ 4:00PM to 5:30PM
Meet at Monument View Trail on The Redlands Parkway. (the boat ramp off of the Redlands Parkway)
Wednesday 9/3 @ 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM at Devil's Canyon Trail
Meet at Devil's Canyon Trailhead at 4:00 pm for a long trail run.
(this is the parking lot just up the road from the Snook's Bottom Parking lot)

PRE-RACE PRACTICE
Friday 9/5 Kent Denver Meet
We will only be taking Varsity for this overnight trip to Denver (7 girls and 7 boys) the varsity will be determined based off of times from the last two weekends as well as effort/attitude shown everyday at practice. We will announce who will be attending the meet on Tuesday.
Meet a FMHS Bus Loop @ TBD (EARLY IN THE AM TO LEAVE FOR DENVER TO RACE IN THE AFTERNOON)

JV STAY AT FMHS AFTER SCHOOL AND MEET FOR PRACTICE AT 1:30 WITH COACH VALENTINE
Saturday 9/6 - Varsity will travel back from Denver Saturday morning
Sunday 9/7 - REST
Monday 9/8 - 4:00 - 5:15
